Karrie Brock
Owner/Graphic Designer/Wholesale Rep
Karrie started Signs & Designs in 1997 at the age of 23. She holds a degree in Interior Design and has over 15 years of professional graphic design experience. As well as owning and operating the sign shop, Karrie owns a small stationery and gift shoppe in Maumee, Ohio - "The Birds & the Bees". When she isn't working, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

John Lyczkowski
Owner/Print Shop General
John, a retired fighter pilot from the Air National Guard, joined his daughter Karrie in 2005 and added the Print Shop division to the Sign Shop. Our all around technical guru loves to spend time driving in his Vette and playing with his #1 grandson.

Tony Rydman
Manager/Graphic Designer/All Around Nice Guy
Tony joined the Signs & Designs team in 2009. Former owner of Creative Sign Ltd., Tony brings with him over 10 years of graphic design experience and sign knowledge to our shop. Tony's creative juices aren't limited to the mouse and keyboard, he also sings and plays the drums and the guitar!

Randy Brock
Print Shop Guy
Karrie's husband and former auto mechanic slaves away in the print shop and is our quality control master (bow down here). He is a car and music enthusiast and adds a certain "charm" to the shop.
